Our technical director, who is in charge of our laboratory, personally checks the analysis report that accompanies every delivery of raw materials to make sure that the products we buy are 100% pure and have not been blended or diluted with lesser quality oils. We control every batch to check that the almond oil contains the correct ratio of its distinctive fatty acids, such as palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acids.
