From the very start, White Castle has believed in the value of entirely Made in Italy products, in order to safeguard the country’s workforce…. and it has never stopped.
Furthermore, White Castle strongly believes in women. In fact, 50% of the company’s job positions are destined to female quotas, both in its production departments, as well as in its offices. Women hold executive or decision-making roles at White Castle.

White Castle supports the Lega del Filo d’Oro, a non-profit organization that helps children, youths, adults, and their families face life out of their darkness and silence. “Assisting, educating, rehabilitating, and reintegrating deafblind, multisensory, and psycho-sensory impaired individuals within their families and society”: this is the mission that the Lega del Filo d’Oro sustains.
A constant commitment that aims at improving the quality of life of deafblind, multisensory, and psychosensory individuals by creating specialized structures, training qualified operators, conducting research activities, promoting relationships with organizations and institutions, and raising awareness of competent bodies and the public opinion regarding these disabilities.
